Our Core Beliefs

God:

We believe there is only one God eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

a. God the Father is an eternal being, the first person of the Trinity, and the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He is all powerful, all knowing, all loving, and all wise.

b. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, he lived a sinless life, offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for sin by dying on a cross, rising bodily from the dead, and ascending to the right hand of God in heaven.

c. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter and Guide who indwells every believer enabling them to live holy lives. The work of the Holy Spirit includes convicting unbelievers of sin and calling them to salvation through repentance.

The Bible:

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament and New Testament are the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word

of God. God’s Word is the final authority for faith and life.

We believe that humanity is a unique creation of God, made in the image of God, but through the disobedience of the first man, Adam, humanity fell into sin so that all are sinners and need salvation.
